The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The office was tastefully decorated, neat, clean, and welcoming. Pam, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Tikson were gentle, professional, explained everything in detail, gave excellent recommendations, and were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have seen Dr. Tikson for years, and every time I go to her office (including this most recent trip), the staff welcomes me upon arrival, are friendly throughout the duration of the appointment, are careful to avoid any pain during the procedure (if possible), and always seem genuinely glad to see me. Dr. Tikson is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to understand when she explains any problems or potential problems that she sees during the appointment. My appointment began promptly, and I did not spend any longer than a minute or two to see Dr. Tikson after the cleaning was finished. The office appears to be a veritable 'well-oiled machine' of efficiency.
